SOCIAL IMPACT
What do we mean by "Social Impact Programmes" for businesses?
We mean beyond the scope of traditional Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects and brand building in terms of scale and intent.
"Social Impact Programmes" is the term now widely used for the purposeful weaving together of corporate and philanthropic endeavours. Businesses connect their customers’ buying activity to brand programmes which deliver real benefits and meaning to brands and their customers or others.
Low cost Social Impact programmes offer businesses real competitive leverage in consumer markets in which disposable income is under significant pressure and where consumers' desires that their spending can be of value to others is of increasing importance.
